Introduction

Live Near Your Work offers forgivable loans to eligible Washington University and BJC employees purchasing a home in one of these eligible neighborhoods: Forest Park Southeast, Skinker-DeBaliviere, Northeast University City, DeBaliviere Place, West End, Parkview Gardens, Portion of the Central West End Northeast, Visitation Park, Academy, Fountain Park, Lewis Place, Vandeventer, and Hamilton Heights. Eligible employees who purchase a home as a primary residence in a participating neighborhood will receive a forgivable loan to be used to pay either part of the down payment or closing cost on a home purchase. The loan amount will be $8,500 for all eligible neighborhoods, or $12,500 for the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood. Please read the official program rules, and complete the eligibility form.
